Have you tried nitro brew yet? Kind of reminds you of well-poured Guinness. Has some mouth feel, some sweetness, some color. Well, you should try it at Starbucks, not at home. At least not unless you have different equipment than me.
I brewed espresso. I added half and half. Into the whipper and presto, out came coffee something. In these photos you can see that it filled the cup right off the bat and then went flat very quickly.
I’m not even going to give this a recipe. Just a meh, I tried it. It did make me wonder if there is any ill-effect from digesting so much nitrogen, but aside from a little extra creaminess, this coffee tasted just like it normally does.
